ABOUT
Lee’s journey into electrical technology began in the U.S. Navy, where he served as an Electrician’s Mate. During his service, he learned how to troubleshoot under intense pressure and discovered the value of strength, integrity, and decisive action—principles that continue to guide him today. After completing his service, Lee paired the hands‑on skills he gained in the Navy with formal training, earning his AS in Electrical Engineering Technology.
He launched his career in a fast‑paced technical environment that demands quick thinking, practical problem‑solving, and the ability to keep operations running smoothly—qualities that make him an essential part of the MECA team. In addition to his technical expertise, Lee brings a welcome sense of levity to the lab, helping balance the intensity of the work with a grounded, light‑hearted presence.
Outside of MECA, Lee is a devoted father of four and a proud grandfather to one granddaughter. Much of his time is spent supporting his kids’ busy schedules, but he always finds moments to relax with friends and family and cheer on the Milwaukee Bucks.
