Justin joined MECA in 2013 shortly after graduating from MSOE and quickly established himself as a trusted partner for clients navigating the complex world of medical device compliance. Known for his dedication and collaborative approach, he works closely with clients to help them understand how regulatory standards apply to their devices—ensuring clarity, confidence, and successful outcomes.
A passionate team player, Justin is committed not only to exceptional customer service but also to empowering his colleagues. He leads by example, fostering a supportive environment and building strong, lasting relationships both within MECA and with the clients he serves.
Believing strongly in work‑life balance, Justin enjoys spending his time outside the lab camping and hosting game nights with friends and family. He is also the proud dog dad of three Siberian Huskies—Bandit, Riley, and Aspen—who have become beloved unofficial mascots around the MECA office.
